Ben was great. We rocked up and not long after had to take an important call. This lasted 20 minutes. During this time Ben kept an appropriate distance, was friendly and professional. We ended up buying the outdoor lounge mostly due to Ben's assistance.

Bought our first chair in October. Great service from the team. Loved the Savannah outdoor armchair- it was the most comfortable outdoor armchair around, so much so we have returned to buy another. Jose was fantastic and looked after us.

We had a good experience at Lavita. The service staff were friendly and knowledgeable about the products and we were extra lucky as the stock was available in the warehouse that day. Product is still very new so too early to review.

Brilliant customer service by Tina, very helpful in store without being pushy, good knowledge of products and sofa set was in stock and able to be delivered within a week for a reasonable delivery fee. 5 year warranty on the set we bought was also a plus.
