Delivery & Returns


Lavita Furniture uses select trusted furniture removalists to deliver our lounge suites Australia wide. Delivery costs are calculated based on your postcode as well as volume of the product and will vary from product to product.

All products are inspected prior to delivery and are exceptionally well packaged for transport. Your Lavita Furniture outdoor furniture or leather lounge should arrive to you in perfect condition. If it doesn't, please contact us immediately so we can provide a resolution for you.

Our basic delivery service includes delivery to your door. While our carriers will make every effort to assist you and provide you with the best service they can, they are limited to delivering your lounge up to point which is easily accessible and does not require maneuvering through narrow doorways, hallways and up stairs. A full service delivery which includes unpacking of your furniture, minor assembly and disposal of packaging materials can be arranged for you if required. Lavita Furniture is real furniture, you'll find few flat-packs here. As a result most cartons are generally quite large and bulky and require a great deal of care and coordination to successfully deliver to your home. Our staff will contact you prior to delivery to discuss your requirements and schedule a convenient time for you to receive your lounge. Sydney metropolitan deliveries can usually be delivered within a narrow window. Interstate delivery schedules tend to be less precise, however our friendly carriers will call and advise of their expected arrival time as accurately as they can. To guarantee you the best service, we kindly ask that someone is home to check and sign for the goods upon arrival.

Deliveries to our Melbourne and Brisbane customers are generally collected by our removalists once a week for delivery within around 10 days of the product being in stock. Of course, this is subject to changes in transport schedules which vary according to demand, time of year etc. Lavita Furniture makes every effort to ensure a smooth and expedient delivery of your furniture, however we kindly ask for you patience when unforeseeable delays occur.

Please note: Whilst every effort is made to deliver your furniture by an agreed date, because we use third party transport providers, we are unable to make any guarantees on their behalf. Shipping schedules are subject to change due to traffic, availability of drivers and vehicles and demand for a particular service. When we advise a delivery date, we are simply presenting the latest information that we have received from our transport partners. More often than not, this information is accurate, however subject to change.


We know you'll love your Lavita Furniture outdoor furniture or leather lounge. But if you change your mind you can return it to us within 30 days of receiving it. Providing:

  • It is returned in its original packaging or equivalent
  • It is returned in its original condition with all accessories and manuals
  • It is not damaged or dirty

Upon return, all goods will be inspected to ensure they comply with our returns policy and a refund issued within 7 days.

All products which have been tailored to your requirements and specially manufactured will attract a 30% restocking fee. Inbound and outbound costs are not reimbursable.
