Just bought an outdoor table and umbrella from Lavita Outdoor and Michael was extremely helpful and went over and above to help find the right products for us. He took the time to FaceTime me to show me the colour options after I sent an online enquiry form. Once I was able to visit in person he was very knowledgeable and ran me through the features of all the umbrellas helping me decide the right fit for our deck. It was initially a 4 week wait for the table, but I received a call from Michael on my way home saying that he’d managed to find a table in stock that could be delivered within the week which was a lovely surprise! He definitely went out of his way to ensure a speedy delivery for us. l will absolutely be back for future purchases. Thanks to the team and Michael at Lavita!

A very well laid out show room with lots of beautiful options for furniture, Michael was helpful and accomodating of my toddler while my partner and I found the perfect outdoor lounge set. Can’t wait to see it in our garden space ???? Update: having now received the lounge set, I have to say that my fiancé and I are both extremely impressed. The set came much sooner than expected, and the finish quality and packaging were well above expectations. The set looks fantastic in the space and we are both over the moon. It’s not often that companies exceed expectations in today’s throw away culture, but Lavita, you nailed it!

John was absolutely awesome! We found a setting that we loved but we are based in Tassy which can make it more difficult to ship! However John did everything to make it as simple as possible!! Can't wait for it to arrive!

I bought a Sunbrella day bed from Lydia at Lavita Outdoor, Salisbury. She was a really informative sales person who gave me lots of options and talked to me about the different qualities of products, let me know all my options, and gave me space to consider them, without forcing any sale on me. I left the store and did some more measuring of my balcony and then two hours later I bought the daybed over the phone. Lydia honoured the sales price as did her National Manager, Rob (thank you) and made the purchase process really easy. I would certainly buy more from Lydia and I think I’ll go back and buy an indoor lounge from her in the coming weeks. Thank you.
