• This service must be organised in advance and is not available to all areas

Delivery Times

Our warehouses are located in multiple locations across Australia. Part or all of your order may be despatched from one of our interstate warehouses. Please refer to the table below for indicative delivery times.

Additional Information

• Your goods will be delivered by an expert removalist to ensure quality and proper care in handling
• Once your account has been finalised, our delivery partner will be in touch to arrange a suitable time for dispatch to your location
• Delivery and schedules times may vary with our delivery partners - we appreciate your patience and flexibility in coordinating your delivery

To expedite the delivery process, please ensure:

• Final payment of your account has been made at least 7-14 days prior to goods arriving in our warehouse
• Contact details given are correct and up to date
• There is adequate space for the delivery of goods, and entry to the property is safe and easily accessible
• The recipient of goods, whether they are the purchaser or a nominated person the age of 18 years or over, has sufficient photo ID which is to be presented at the time of delivery
