Do you deliver clearance items? Yes, we can organise delivery for you. Goods will be lightly packed or wrapped in blankets. Clearance items MUST be inspected before purchase.

Where do you deliver? Our delivery partners can deliver to local metro areas only.

How much does delivery cost? Delivery costs depend on your location, volume of goods purchased and service level required.

Can I arrange my own collection? Pick Up is available by appointment only and requires at least 24 hours notice. You must attend during your appointment window.

When can I pick up? Appointments for collection can generally be scheduled during business hours Monday - Friday.

We are not liable for any damage caused by a third party carrier. Characteristics and properties of natural materials including leather, fabric, timber, stainless steel and aluminium among others are not considered to be defects.

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Delivery

Delivery within Sydney metro is available through a third party carrier at an additional cost.

You must accept your delivery within 7 days of your purchase.

Delivery is generally performed Monday to Friday during business hours.

All correspondence should be directed to the third party carrier during the course of your delivery. We cannot assist with scheduling, tracking or other service issues

Collection
